Servicing TDM Products
We service what we sell. Factory service
is available by shipping your unit to our factory in Southern
California. Please make sure that you pack the unit carefully
so it is not damaged in shipment. All units sent in for
repair must be sent pre paid. We will not accept units that
are sent COD.
Please be sure to include description of
the problem along with your return shipping information
and contact phone number. Allow two weeks for your unit
to be repaired plus shipping time. We will do our best to
make this time as short as possible.
Crossovers and Compressors sent in for
repair are subject to a $60 flat fee repair charge.
Damaged
units are subject to a $55 per hour plus parts.
Equalizers
sent in for repair are subject to a $55 per hour plus
parts.
